Bang & Olufsen BeoPlay V1-32, V1-40 Leaked

Bang & Olufsen announced a number of new models at the start of the years at CES 2012, namely the BeoVision 12 and BeoLab 12.

But that’s not all they have for us this year. Due to be announced early next month, is the newly leaked Bang & Olufsen BeoPlay V1. The BeoPlay V1 is the very latest “affordable” model from elite Danish manufacturer Bang & Olufsen.

If you know anything about B&O you will know that their interpretation of affordable and everyone else’s interpretation are somewhat different.

The BeoPlay V1 will be available in two sizes, as the 32-Inch BeoPlay-32, and the 40-Inch BeoPlay-40.

It is said to be of solid construction, with painted steel and chrome finishes. It will initially be available in white and black color options, with silver, red, yellow, green and gray colors to follow.

As well as a range of colors the BeoPlay V1 will be available with a range of stands and mounts; floor stand, table top stand, wall mount and a ceiling mount.

The Bang & Olufsen BeoPlay V1 HDTV is the first to make use of the new “Video Engine” platform which improves image and sound quality along with offering new graphical menus and DLNA functionality.

Other features include integrated 5.1 surround sound, USB input, and 5x HDMI inputs.

Bang & Olufsen BeoPlay V1 will be officially launched May 2nd, and has a price tage of €2,399 (~$3,170) and €2,899 (~$3,831).
